Either way, after another several hours stumbling (without the aid of Stumbler) around the Internet, I think I've got the majority of the bugs worked out of my TO DO list using that almost magical combination of Quicksilver, Stikkits and RSS.

That combination is not quite doing what I want it to do, but I'm told it can. It's getting close. I've dropped into the Stikkit forum and asked a question or two about getting the programs to do what I want.

We'll see what they say.

In the meantime, having put the majority of that problem to rest, we've started work on the farm again and I've gotten back to a semblance of productivity in the shop.
